Download a 50-row CSV sample to inspect the structure of a historical Dubai property transactions database. The free file has 34 columns and is about 16 KB. It is a sample, not the full 9.8 million-record database.
What the sample contains
The product description reports 9,820,654 records in the master database: 1,303,347 sales transactions and 8,517,307 rental contracts. That master coverage spans 1997 to 2026, 190 named Dubai districts and areas, and 13,898 distinct source location IDs. These counts describe the master database rather than the free download.
Documented fields include transaction prices, price per square metre, monthly rent and contract information where available, property type, bedrooms, floor and area attributes. English and Arabic location labels, hierarchy and coordinates support geographic research. Inspect the sample to see how populated and missing values are represented.
What you can build
Use the CSV to test import code, inspect the schema and prototype sales or rental analysis. The master dataset is supplied as SQLite, with custom exports discussed by years, transaction types, fields and format. Contact Happy Endpoint for a quote for broader coverage.
Coverage and usage
This is historical data, not a live feed or complete coverage of every Dubai transaction. Availability of attributes varies by period, location and property type. Coordinates generally describe source locations rather than individual units. The master count was measured on September 9, 2026. This sample is separate from the 128,000-record PropertyFinder UAE transaction product.
