Evaluate UAE agent activity data using 20 Bayut profiles and 200 linked listing-count observations in Excel. The agents were selected because their advertised inventory changed during the included history.
What the sample contains
Eighteen profile fields include agent and agency names, active emirates, languages, specialties and service areas. Activity fields cover sale, rental, daily-rental and total advertisements, together with TruCheck listing counts and locations with advertisements.
Profile flags describe TruBroker, quality-lister and responsiveness indicators. Agent IDs link profiles to ten observed dates per agent and to summaries of first and last counts, net changes, observed ranges and separate sale and rental changes.
What you can build
Compare agents by observed listing activity, filter profiles by language or service area, or prototype a small property dashboard. Data sheets, filters, a reading guide, field definitions, usage terms and a worked comparison of two agents are included.
Coverage and usage
The workbook excludes agent and agency contact details. Advertised listing counts are not completed sales or rentals, and this selected cohort is not a representative measure of the whole UAE market. Read the workbook’s collection notes and usage terms before using its observations.
