Explore advertised inventory changes for 20 Dubai real estate agencies in a linked Excel workbook. Each agency was selected for a recorded change in its listing count, providing practical examples of increases and decreases.
What the sample contains
The 18 profile fields cover agency identity, available licensing references and location labels. Source metrics describe total advertisements, sale and rental listings, agent counts, TruBroker agents and locations with advertisements where supplied.
Two hundred history records preserve ten actual observation dates per agency. Summary sheets compare first and last counts, net changes, minimum and maximum inventory and changes in sale and rental activity. Agency identifiers connect profiles, dated observations and summaries.
What you can build
Prototype an agency activity dashboard, compare sale versus rental inventory, or test change calculations before working with a broader history. The workbook includes filters, a reading guide, field definitions, a completed comparison and usage terms.
Coverage and usage
Advertisement counts do not measure completed sales, rentals or revenue. Missing collection dates are not replaced by zeroes, and the selected Dubai cohort is not a representative agency survey. Agent and agency contact details are excluded. The sample terms exclude resale and redistribution.
