Explore advertised listing inventory for 20 Dubai brokerages in a single Excel workbook. The sample combines profiles, dated observations and change summaries so you can compare the inventory recorded for each firm.
What the sample contains
Brokerage identifiers connect the profile, history and summary sheets. Eighteen profile fields cover firm identity, location and licensing references where supplied. Inventory fields separate residential and commercial listings for sale and rent. The 200 observation records preserve ten actual collection dates for every selected brokerage.
Source-reported rankings, verification status, agent counts, SuperAgent counts and branch counts provide directory context where available. First and last listing counts, net changes and observed ranges support a focused comparison of the selected firms. The workbook also includes filters, a guide, field definitions, a worked example and usage terms.
What you can build
Use this sample to prototype a brokerage activity dashboard, compare residential and commercial inventory, or test joins between profiles and observations.
Coverage and usage
These are advertised property counts, not completed transactions or revenue. Contacts are excluded. Missing collection dates are not interpreted as zero activity. The selected brokerages demonstrate observed changes and are not a representative survey of the entire Dubai market. Follow the workbook’s usage terms; resale and redistribution are excluded.
