Signals in the data
- Motivated sellers. 129,145 listings have cut their asking price at least once since June 2026.
- Absorption. Delistings per area and per day show how fast stock is clearing.
- Stale inventory. Exact days on market for every listing, live or gone.
- New supply. New listings and new off-plan projects as they appear.
