Real Estate Data API: UAE, UK, Spain, Singapore, Japan, and More

Property data APIs covering UAE, UK, Spain, Singapore, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. Live listings, transactions, and market analytics in one catalog.

Real estate applications need reliable, structured property data. Whether you are building a search portal, an investment analytics tool, a price-monitoring service, or a market research product, the data source you choose shapes everything that follows.

Happy Endpoint provides real estate data APIs and datasets across markets on three continents: the UAE, the UK, Spain, Singapore, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. Each market is served by one or more platforms we collect and structure.

What is in a real estate API?

A real estate API returns live listing data on demand. You send a query - location, price range, property type, beds, baths - and get back structured JSON: property details, agent contacts, geo-coordinates, pricing, and photos. The data reflects the platform in near-real time.

What is in a real estate dataset?

A dataset is a bulk export of the full listing inventory at a point in time. All rows, all fields, one file. For some platforms, transaction and sold price history is also available.

Markets we cover

UAE

The UAE real estate market runs on two dominant portals: Bayut and PropertyFinder. Both are available as separate APIs and as a combined aggregator that lets you query both with one key. The PropertyFinder transactions dataset gives you historical UAE sales records.

UK

Rightmove is the largest UK property portal. The Rightmove UK API covers sales, rentals, sold prices, new homes, and student housing. The Rightmove Sold Prices dataset has over 5 million historical transactions.

Spain

Fotocasa is the primary Spanish property portal. The Fotocasa API covers 1.5M+ listings across mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Andorra.

Singapore

99.co is one of Singapore’s leading property portals. The 99.co Singapore API covers condos, HDB flats, and landed homes for sale and rent, plus new launch projects, transaction history, price trends, and nearby MRT and amenity data. See the Singapore real estate data guide.

Japan

SUUMO is one of Japan’s largest property portals. The SUUMO Japan Real Estate API covers rentals and buy/sell listings across condos, houses, and land, with railway station data and commute-based search built for the way Japanese property is actually searched. See the Japan real estate data guide.

Saudi Arabia

Aqar is the leading property marketplace in Saudi Arabia. The Aqar Saudi Arabia API covers listings with rich and AI-powered natural-language search, district-level pricing and residential indicators, geographic reference data, and developer projects. See the Saudi Arabia real estate data guide.

Turkey

Türkiye is covered by two platforms. The Emlakjet Turkey API covers listings across all 81 provinces with price history, nearby places, area demographics, agencies, and new construction projects. The Hepsiemlak Turkey API covers homes for sale and rent across Turkish cities, counties, and districts, with search filters and a market price index. See the Turkey real estate data guide.

Typical use cases

Property price monitoring - Subscribe to a market and track how list prices shift week over week. Useful for investment funds, estate agents, and market intelligence products.

Investment research automation - Pull all listings in a target area, estimate rental yields from rental data, and flag properties that meet investment criteria.

Valuation model training - Combine listing attributes (beds, baths, size, location) with sold price history to train or benchmark automated valuation models.

Alerting - Poll for new listings that match saved criteria and notify users in real time. The PropertyFinder API tutorial walks through this pattern.

Competitive market dashboards - Aggregate listing inventory across platforms to give estate agents or developers a view of what is competing with their stock.

Frequently asked questions

Which real estate markets do you cover?+
UAE (Bayut, PropertyFinder, and an aggregator combining both), UK (Rightmove sales, rentals, and sold prices), Spain (Fotocasa), Singapore (99.co), Japan (SUUMO), Saudi Arabia (Aqar), and Turkey (Emlakjet and Hepsiemlak). All are available as live APIs, and the UAE, UK, and Spain markets also ship as bulk datasets.
What is the difference between an API and a dataset for real estate data?+
APIs give you live listings on demand - query by location, price range, or property type and get fresh JSON. Datasets are full snapshots of the listing inventory, useful for market analysis, ML training, or bulk enrichment. See our guide on choosing between the two.
Is transaction and sold price data available?+
Yes. The Rightmove Sold Prices dataset covers 5M+ UK transactions. The PropertyFinder Transactions dataset covers UAE property transactions with 120K+ rows. Both are available as bulk datasets via the datasets page.
Can I try the data before buying?+
Yes. Rightmove rentals and sales both ship with free sample datasets. Download them from the free samples page - same schema as the full dataset, no account required.
