Study observed asking-price changes for 30 Dubai Marina sale apartments using related listing, history and summary sheets in Excel. The properties were selected because their advertised prices moved during the included observations.
What the sample contains
Twenty-two listing fields cover property identifiers, bedroom and bathroom counts, area in square metres, furnishing, amenities and completion information. Emirate, community and available building or subcommunity labels provide the location context for each listing.
The workbook contains 89 price-history records with asking prices in AED, source observation dates and baseline records. Summary sheets calculate first and last prices, net and percentage changes and observed price ranges. A separate collection coverage sheet explains complete and partial recorded dates.
What you can build
Build a price-history dashboard, compare observed increases and reductions, or filter sale apartments by bedroom count. Listing IDs link the profile, history and summary sheets. The guide, field definitions, worked example and usage terms explain the calculations.
Coverage and usage
Asking prices differ from registered transaction prices. The history contains source events rather than continuous daily snapshots. This selected cohort is a demonstration sample, not a representative measure of the Dubai property market. Contact details are excluded, and the workbook terms exclude resale and redistribution.
